Important Notes To Prepare For Your Cryo Session
To ensure you the optimal benefits for your cryo session and remain safe its is important to note the following:

  • Your skin must be completely dry for your cryo appointment
  • You must not have any moisturizer, sunscreen or oils on your body. The face is fine (except when doing facial treatments) but everything from the neck down must be washed off in the shower before you come to your appointment

How will I feel?
During your treatment, you will feel dry cold. This type of cold is not painful, and most people say it is more pleasant than cold water or ice baths. Unlike diving into a cold pool, the cryo gets cold gradually – the feeling of cold is not sudden and does not ‘shock’ you. A member of our team will be with you at all times and can pause the temperature decline or stop the treatment at any time. Following the treatment your skin will likely be pink or a little red depending on your skin type. This is perfectly normal and will subside quickly.

Post-Cryo Slimming Care

In order to get the best results after each session, apply these tips:

  • Hydration with Water: Drink plenty of water following the cryo slimming session. Adequate hydration helps flush out toxins released during the treatment and supports overall bodily functions.
  • Healthy Diet: We recommend a balanced diet rich in fruits, vegetables, lean proteins, and whole grains. Avoid processed foods, . excessive sugars, and unhealthy fats. A nutritious diet complements the effects of cryo slimming by promoting weight loss and overall well-being.
  • Regular Exercise: Engage in regular physical activity to maintain and enhance the results of cryo slimming. Incorporate cardio, strength training, and flexibility exercises helps burn calories, build muscle tone, and improve metabolism.
  • Lymphatic Massage: This specialized massage technique helps stimulate lymphatic flow, aiding in the removal of toxins and excess fluids from the body. It can enhance the effectiveness of cryo slimming by promoting circulation and reduce swelling.
  • Vibration Plate Workouts: These workouts involve standing, sitting, or lying on a vibrating platform, which stimulates muscle contractions and boosts circulation. Vibration plate exercises can complement cryo slimming by increasing calorie burn, toning muscles, and improving lymphatic drainage.
